A Google Account gives you access to Google products like Gmail, Google+, YouTube, and more with a single username and password. A Google Account comes with a Gmail address and a Google+ Profile. Once you create a Google Account, you can use that same username and password to sign in to any Google product.
To create a Google Account, go to the Create your Google Account page.
Enter your first and last name.
Choose a username. Make sure the username is professional, such as your first and last name (marysmith or janejones). This will become part of your email address.
Create a secure password (not 'abc123') and make sure to write it down so you don't forget. Make sure to use upper and lower case letters, numbers and special symbols in your password for best protection.
You must supply a birthday, as you have to be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Gender, mobile phone, and current email address fields are optional, but entering a phone number and/or current email address will allow you to recover your account information easily if you forget your password or otherwise get locked out of your account.
Enter the captcha so that they know you are not a robot.
Click "Next step" when done.
